Choose the AI feature worth building before you spend on it

Fixed-price AI opportunity sprint

Uplift is a fixed-price sprint that turns "we need AI in the product" into a decision. In three to four weeks we review your product, map and score the AI opportunities, prototype the strongest one, and give you a roadmap your leadership can back.

Competitors are shipping AI features.

The ones that land were chosen carefully. The ones that weren't quietly use up a year of budget and a team's goodwill.

  • Every team has a different AI idea, and they all want to go first.

  • The board wants an AI roadmap before the next budget round.

  • A competitor has shipped an AI feature in your category.

  • The ideas on the table aren't tied to a real user problem.

  • Nobody has checked whether you have the data to make them work.

Most AI pilots never reach customers

The usual reason isn't the technology. It's choosing the wrong thing to build, or not measuring it.

Uplift scores every idea on value, effort, risk and data readiness before anyone writes production code, and agrees how success will be measured.

  1. Product and UX review, including where users struggle today

  2. AI opportunity map across your product and the processes behind it

  3. Each opportunity scored on value, effort and risk

  4. A recommended first build, with a prototype or clickable concept

  5. A sequenced roadmap and a leadership presentation

From a long list to the one worth building

We gather the evidence, score every idea and agree how success will be measured before anyone builds.

  1. Discovery

    Interviews, analytics and product walkthrough.

  2. Opportunity workshop

  3. Scoring and concept for the first build

  4. Roadmap and playback

What we need from you

  • Access to the product, analytics and any existing research.
  • Four to six short interviews with product, support and sales.
  • Product and leadership time for the opportunity workshop and the playback.

What you can decide afterwards

Every idea comes out with a clear next step and the reason for it.

  • Build first

The opportunity with the best balance of user value, effort and risk, with a prototype to prove it.

  • Build later

Worth doing, once the first one has shipped or the data is ready.

  • Fix first

Blocked by data, governance or product basics. What needs sorting before AI helps.

  • Drop

Doesn't solve a real user problem, or the risk outweighs the value.

What affects the price

How we work it out

  • We start from where users struggle today, from analytics, support tickets and interviews.
  • We score each opportunity on value, effort, risk and data readiness, using the same criteria every time.
  • We check each one against our ISO 42001 risk assessment before it reaches the shortlist.
  • We prototype the winner, so the decision is based on something you can see.

Run under our ISO 42001 certified AI management system. We build with Anthropic's Claude, and we're model-agnostic where it matters.

The things people usually ask

Plain answers on how Uplift works, what it costs and what we need from you. Anything else, just ask.

We already have a list of AI ideas.

Good. Bring it. The sprint tests those ideas against user value, effort, risk and data, and usually adds a few you hadn't considered.

A prototype isn't production software.

Correct. It's there to test the idea cheaply before you commit a team to it.

Couldn't our own product team do this?

Often they could. We're most useful when priorities clash, or when you need specialist AI assessment your team doesn't have yet.

Why not just start building?

Because building first commits the budget before the use case, the controls and the success measure are agreed.

Which AI models do you use?

Whatever fits the job. We build with Anthropic's Claude a lot, and we're model-agnostic where it matters.
