What's included
One team of up to 12 people, two half-day sessions (on-site or remote), guidelines, a starter prompt library, one agent or automation set up in your existing tools, and two clinics in the 30 days after.

How we teach it
- We find out what the team does all day, then train on those tasks, not generic demos.
- We teach checking the output as hard as we teach writing the prompt.
- We build the agent with the person who'll own it, so it doesn't die when we leave.
- We measure one task before and after, so you can see the difference.

Can two sessions really change how people work?
Not on their own. That's why there's an agent with an owner, a prompt library, and 30 days of support afterwards.
Do we need an AI policy first?
It helps, but you don't need one to start. We'll write your one-page guidelines with you. If you need a full policy and risk review, that's Guard.
Does this make us compliant with the EU AI Act?
No single course does. Training like this supports the AI literacy duty for businesses using AI in the EU, and we give you a record of who covered what. This is general information, not legal advice.
