A new digital home for a merged workspace brand

A researched, redesigned website for The Office Group and FORA after their merger, with both brands and their UK and German sites moved onto Sanity.

Two premium workspace brands, newly merged

The Office Group, a leader in premium flexible workspace, merged with FORA to create a network of more than 70 locations. The merger was the moment to rethink how both brands showed up online.

A new position, on platforms that couldn't scale

After the merger, the group needed to redefine how it positioned itself. Its websites ran on fragmented, outdated platforms that made growth hard. And the experience had to do more than look premium. It needed to show the character of each space and the work culture behind it, and turn visits into enquiries.

Research first, then one platform on Sanity

We started with research: customer journey mapping, stakeholder interviews and a full UX and content audit, then working sessions with the group's stakeholders to agree what mattered most. We designed the information architecture and interactive wireframes for both brands across the UK and Germany, and built high-fidelity prototypes we tested with real users before anything was built.

We then moved the group from its fragmented legacy platforms onto a single platform on Sanity, for both brand content and self-serve features. Locations, guides, articles and events each have their own treatment, with strong video and clear calls to action. A technical SEO and paid search plan protected traffic through the move.

A platform that grows with the portfolio

Both brands now run on one Sanity platform that can take on new locations and markets as the group grows, with less operational overhead and a design that matches their premium positioning.

  • I'm hugely proud of the creativity and energy poured into our brand overhaul, and none of it would have been possible without the support and dedication from Rawnet.

If we sound like a good fit, let's talk.
