Hunters agencies are renowned for delivering great digital experiences and wanted a robust website & ongoing digital marketing strategy that enabled their franchise network to operate in unison while providing a world-class digital experience for home buyers and sellers.
A robust digital strategy
We built the site functionality with three key audiences in mind.
We created a members area for Hunters’ franchisees which allows them to communicate with each other. It includes all documentation to support them in running their business and a live chat system.
The site uses a Concrete 5 CMS, which has drastically reduced the amount of admin time spent updating the site and gives franchisees the ability to manage their own branch pages.
An improved search functionality makes finding suitable properties more intuitive with results shown in both a list and map based format.
The new website makes the process of selling a property through Hunters is simple, with “book a valuation” call to actions prominent throughout the site, as well as integrations with third party applications enabling immediate valuations.
