Determined to succeed.

In times of crisis, companies often rush to switch off spend. Marketing goes first. Your customers' wants, needs and attitudes have changed. They've adapted. And your marketing & proposition need to as well.

Nobody knows what the next few months hold, but what we do know is strong brands recovered 9x faster than weaker brands following the 2008 financial crash. It's so important to adapt, not stop, and do what you can to keep your brand front of mind.

We'll be releasing regular content via this page and making our strategy team available for 30 min consultancy sessions free of charge to help determined marketers keep making an impact.

Consultancy with an experienced strategist

We're here to help marketers in businesses of all shapes and sizes. Bypass the usual sales process and chat directly to an experienced strategist completely free of charge. Whether you want advice on your proposition, customer journeys or digital campaigns, we’re here to help.

We're dedicating 11-12 on Tuesdays and 2-3 on Thursdays to help determined brands adapt and succeed. Tell us a little about the challenges you're facing and we'll arrange for the right person to get back to you.

Success Story.

We've spoken a lot about there being two camps when it comes to the world right now. Those who adapt, and those who stop.

The recent social distancing guidelines have presented huge challenges or so many businesses, and arguably one of the hardest hit industries is property. Hunters Estate agents, one of our long-term clients, have adapted and shifted their home visit valuations to virtual valuations, coming up with a concept and working with us to get it live on their site within just two days. Since launching virtual valuations, Hunters have had a huge uplift in enquiries - a 50% increase compared to home visit valuations before Covid-19 hit. Well done to all the team at Hunters!

Forge a lasting culture in the fires of crisis

We are in a situation that demands we totally change our mindset. As individuals, as businesses and as a society, it has never been so important that we all commit to a path that allows EVERYONE to make it through. Our economy will continue to shrink and as the volume goes down, we have to ensure that whilst earnings and profits will inevitably drop, continuing to conduct business to some level will ensure the survival of thousands of businesses and with that, the livelihoods of millions of people.

In short, the wheels can and will slow. We just cannot afford them to stop.
