Remote & Hybrid Working
Why spend time travelling into the office when you can do your best work from, well... anywhere. We all know we work well from home and can still feel just as much part of the team. Don’t get us wrong, we love the office for those times when we want to collaborate face to face, grab lunch together or pop to the pub after work, but it is so liberating to have the choice.
Whilst we are available during our core client service hours, we believe in the importance of balancing the commitments in our personal lives with the demands of our work life. Flexible working is a way of working that suits everyones’ needs.
After 3 months’ employment, you will be eligible to utilise our full Flexible Working Benefit (for part-time working request).

23 days holiday per calendar year, in addition to all public and bank holidays. Our holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December.
Birthdays off - woo hoo!
Who wants to work on their special day?! In addition to your holiday entitlement, we encourage you to take a day off on your birthday. Just make sure you save a slice of cake for us!
Annual leave accrual
After 2 years’ service, all employees are eligible for annual leave accrual. This will be accrued at a rate of 1 day per service year thereafter, up to a maximum of 5 additional days.
Rawnet is shut between Christmas and the New Year, so we can all enjoy spending time with our loved ones.

We’ll champion you not only to excel at your job but also to develop a shedload of skills along the way to add even more strings to your bow. We each have 12 dedicated Learning & Development days a year, a personal development plan and a training budget. We’ll also pay for your tickets to travel to world-class industry conferences to keep your skills funky and fresh.
Lightning talks are delivered by anyone about anything. The talks last between 5 and 15 minutes, followed by questions and a discussion. Typical subject areas are; interesting work we’ve done; interesting things we’ve learnt; what we actually do day-to-day. Feel free to make suggestions!

Aviva Pension scheme
You will be automatically enrolled after a 3 month qualifying period to our workplace pension if you: Earn over £10,000 a year; are aged 22 or over; and are under State Pension age. The payments into your pension are:
- Your contribution - 5% of your pensionable pay.
This will be taken directly from your pay and will appear on your payslip.
- Our contribution - 3% of your pensionable pay, increased to 5% after 5 years’ service
This will be paid directly to the pension provider.
You’ll have access to the BenefitHub, a lifestyle benefits company offering the world’s largest selection of employee discounts, voluntary benefits and rewards.
After 3 year’s service, you will be eligible to join our life assurance policy. The purpose of life assurance is to make financial provision for your dependents should you die while in your employment; the policy generally pays a one-off sum of money (3 x your annual salary) to a beneficiary, or beneficiaries, named by you. You’ll also have access to a bereavement, grief and stress helpline.
Enhanced parental pay
For maternity pay, after 1 years’ service, you will be entitled to 8 weeks full pay, with the remainder at statutory pay. For paternity pay, after 1 years’ service, you will be entitled to 2 weeks full pay.
Employee referral programme
We know from experience that referrals are always successful here. The Employee Referral Programme is an opportunity for us all to be involved in building our talented team. If you refer a candidate who we employ on a full-time permanent basis, on completion of their review period we will add £1,000 to your gross pay.

We benchmark salaries on an annual basis and review everyone's salary biannually.

We’ll meet quarterly as a company, whether in the office or over zoom, for our quarterly company updates from the MD.

You’ll receive an invite to complete our employee satisfaction survey on a biannual basis. Each question allows us to monitor our internal satisfaction levels and create actionable responses.
