Sales and marketing are responsible for developing the correct service offering in line with the brand values and objectives to attract new business. Maximising sales and ensuring business growth.

The Operations department manages employee productivity, resolving and preventing productivity blocks. In addition, the operations department evaluates and allocates resources to effectively deliver Rawnets digital products and services.

The Client Services team are the face of Rawnet, the guardians of client satisfaction. They are responsible for ensuring Rawnet has a great partnership with our clients by delivering successful projects on time and on budget whilst ensuring they have fun working together.

They look after the day-to-day management and smooth operation of all of Rawnet’s digital projects.  Ultimately delivering our client's projects to a standard of high quality and within time and budget requirements.

Designers at Rawnet are responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, crafting engaging user experiences, and designing effective branding and marketing materials for online platforms.

User Interface developers are primarily focused on how a website looks. The User Interface team writes the HTML, style with CSS, and make it interactive with Javascript to create the end results users see on a website or app.

Backend developers are primarily focused on how a website works. They write code that focuses on the functionality and logic powering the application they're working on, and the technology they work on is never directly seen by users.

The Marketing Strategy team is responsible for planning, launching and analysing marketing activities for our clients through social, organic, email and search channels. Enabling them to achieve higher revenue while reducing costs.
