Junior Office Administrator

Hybrid / Offices in Bracknell, Berkshire

Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our office and provide general administrative support across the business.


This is an entry-level, 12-month maternity cover role, ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, helping others and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll play an important part in ensuring the office is well managed and that teams have the practical support they need to work effectively.

We support flexible working. Due to the practical nature of this role, regular on-site presence in our Bracknell office is required.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Ordering office supplies and refreshments
  • Acting as a first point of contact for office logistics and facilities queries
  • Liaising with the building manager and suppliers
  • Supporting desk set-ups, equipment requests and general office coordination
  • Answering incoming calls and managing voicemail
  • Providing general administrative support to the management team and wider business
  • Assisting with booking hotels, travel and meetings
  • Helping coordinate occasional client and team activities, such as lunches, socials or gifts
  • Helping with basic expense administration and record keeping

About you

  • Have experience in an office, administrative, customer service or coordination role
  • Are organised, reliable and pay attention to detail
  • Communicate in a confident, professional and approachable way
  • Are comfortable supporting multiple teams and handling a variety of tasks
  • Are keen to learn and enjoy being helpful
  • Are comfortable using basic office tools such as email, calendars and documents (for example, Google Workspace and Slack
