Nick has over 5 years' experience working in digital agencies. In his previous role as Marketing Manager, Nick had not only been working on the Rawnet brand, but he'd also been researching, writing content, running workshops & presentations and forming Rawnet's own CX model. Nick is now also responsible for educating our clients about the importance of customer centricity and helping them to develop the tools internally to implement positive CX.
