As a UI Developer you are required to use in-depth insight and expert knowledge to code and test; semantic, well structured and maintainable cross-browser, cross-platform user interfaces; adhering to the team’s current workflow and best practises, on time, on budget and to agreed specifications.

The ideal candidate
You will be a self starter, problem solver and creative thinker able to adapt to current workflows and best practices. You will be aligned to the company’s goals and objectives, and as well as living and breathing the Rawnet ethos, you will be eager to learn from the vast experience on offer. You will be able to write testable code and like the idea of working in a scrum team. You will need to be a "self starter" with good organisational skills.
You will show the initiative to get things done and being a team player you will endeavour to help others succeed. You will be up-to-date with the latest developments in our ever changing discipline and will be able to add that level of attention and detail to bring a project to life. You will take complete ownership of the projects you work on and you will contribute and help shape the team’s workflow and best practices.
- 2+ years’ agency experience
- Commercial understanding
- Solid experience writing clean semantic HTML
- Solid experience writing well organised, maintainable CSS
- Strong understanding of working with web services and APIs
- Solid experience developing multi platform responsive solutions
- Ability to debug and resolve cross-browser/platform issues
- A good understanding of web accessibility
- Good understanding of browser rendering and performance
- Experience with Github or other source control software
- Commercial experience with React JS and Redux or similar frameworks
- Experience with CSS preprocessors, ideally Sass
- Experience working within a PHP environment
- Trello/Jira or similar agile management tools
- Test driven development
You will be highly organised, self driven, proactive thinker with a passion for digital and ability to adapt.
You will have the ability to solve complex problems in imaginative and creative ways.
