Project Manager (Retainers)

THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager that can demonstrate solid experience delivering digital campaigns and/or continuous website improvements for multiple clients in parallel. 

Preferably from a digital agency background, you will be a confident communicator, able to keep clients regularly informed on project status and budget burn, as well as briefing our development teams clearly on client requirements.

A natural problem solver with excellent organisation skills, you will focus on our retainer clients, managing several work packages in parallel and ensuring all work is kept to schedule, to budget and to the highest standard. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Knowledgeable - You will have a passion and knowledge of new and emerging trends in the Digital space so you have a wealth of knowledge to help your clients. You will have an eye for detail and have the ability to take a holistic view of situations. A good ability to absorb information and translate that into an overall solution is essential.

Advisory - A consultative approach will be required to successfully prepare a solution that meets both the brief and fits within budget.

Managing up - You will let your peers know how you are progressing, if there are any issues during work and ask for reviews where you feel it is necessary.

Taking care - Quality assuring your own work for the best and most relevant solutions.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Excellent all-round knowledge of digital design and development; 2+ years project management experience, preferably within a fast paced environment; Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills: A proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Working knowledge of development frameworks or languages such as HTML, CSS, RoR and PHP
