Growing to be an established player in the online CRM market, Workbooks required a conversion optimised site that would explain the product and drive new leads. The website needed to compete with the likes of the already established competition, and show the user that Workbooks is the definite choice when selecting an online CRM. 

The new website has doubled our online enquiries.

We selected Rawnet for the development of our new website as we believed they immediately understood what we wanted; offering many new ideas for increasing sign ups and ultimately for us to generate more business online. How did we help?

First off, we broke down the process in which a visitor can learn and experience the product in order to make a better informed decision. The visitors expected a low barrier to entry for a demo, a quick reference to features, backed up with strong Call To Actions to capture their details at every key opportunity.

While the content of the site didn't change significantly, our work immediately paid dividends on launch with the site enjoying twice as many leads as before.

Our ongoing involvement with Workbooks will include a full CPC and landing page campaign, and also the development on an online community for the growing number of Workbooks users.
