Go Ape is a tree-top adventure course. The new website is delivering up to 15% conversion rate. There are a range of features including google maps mashup with routefinder; social media portal and customer feedback system.
The victorious companies of the TravelMole 2009 Web Awards, voted for by Travelmole susbscribers and judged by an independent panel, were announced at the awards ceremony attended by around 200 people from across the industry at Canada House in London.
In total, the sixth annual awards received over 300 nominations and more than 15,000 votes were cast.
We’re really pleased to get recognition from the travel industry for the work we do and the quality of our brilliant new website.
The website is proving a big hit with our tribe of gorillas and baboons and has great new features such as Flickr and Youtube feeds, video footage, a course finder and the new Banana Blog.

Sponsors of this year's awards were the Canadian Tourism Commission, Youtravel.com and Travelport GDS. The after show party sponsor was Vertical Group.
Our Go Ape website won the Responsible Tourism Category.
