Adam Managing Director

Adam has been involved with the Internet since the very early days of animated GIFs and Under Construction pages. An undisclosed amount of years later, after a varied career with both design and web development, he finally sold his soul and is now our MD. Adam now uses his experiences from launching successful online businesses to help our clients grow, offering key strategic insights for anyone serious about generating revenue from the web.

Donna Director

Donna joined Rawnet from a marketing background to work with the creative team. Her manner and approach to client relationships soon propelled her to the role of Account Manager, where she did a great job of translating a clients requirement into geek-speak.  Donna is now involved in all sides of the business and can be seen wearing many different hats in one day. As if she didn't use her voice enough during the day, in her spare time Donna likes to sing. Once she even tweeted that if we won a piece of new business, she would sing at the local open mic night. Needless to say we won the pitch, yet the promised entertainment has yet to materialise.

Paul Technical Director

Paul is second only to Craig David as the best talent to come out of Southampton. Paul travels to Windsor every day and brings with him a high level of dedication, knowledge and relentless sarcasm. That said, he has a great vision for the future, and is proactively involved in pushing Rawnet's technical infrastructure forward, enabling us to offer better solutions in half the time.

Adam (AC) Business Development Director

After a night at the Windsor Races, this whole paragraph needed to be re-written. Failing to mention the comedy gold that is Adam dancing to 'We no speak Americano', would render the whole purpose of a team bio page futile.

Tegan Project Manager

Tegan plays the much needed role of keeping the boys on their toes, the clients happy and the office supplied with surprise biscuits. Be it her infectious laugh, or the fact she gives away 90% of her food, she always lifts the mood and keeps spirits high. She also likes cars, and is often heard commenting on them outside the usual realms of simply appreciating their colour.

David Project Manager

David joins Rawnet's Project Management team with bags of previous experience in web project management from a previous agency. He's one-upped the rest of the team in terms of football knowledge and is hotly-tipped to take the office fantasy football league next season. He currently operates in a time zone 2hrs different from the rest of us as he gets up at 5:30 every morning to walk his dog. Madness.

Suzanne Project Manager

We're not entirely sure how she does it, but Suzanne manages to stay calm in pretty much every situation. This approach extends to all aspects of work, aside from after work drinks, where caution is thrown to the wind, and replaced by a tray of Jägerbombs.

Dorin Designer

Dorin originates from a professional photography background, but has since turned his steady hand to web and graphic design. He still very much enjoys photography though, and had the highly unachievable task of making everyone appear photogenic and professional looking for this website.

Przemek Designer

Przemek (pronounced Przemek), is a very talented designer who loves the web. Working with equalled enthusiasm on both website designs and application GUIs, Przemek injects style into all his projects while keeping the rest of the office amuzed with Youtube videos.

Raz CSS Guru

We initially thought Raz was the quiet one. This lasted until his first game of FIFA on the Xbox, when we all learnt lots of new words. And no, 'Offside' wasn't one of them.

Tom Web Developer

You'll hear Tom approximately 5 minutes before you see him. In his first few weeks at Rawnet, he broke the separate creative / developer tea round taboo, uniting the company for the greater good through his brewing skills. He's also broken our electric fly swatter, the office sound system, tripped and launched a portable HDD, and seen the demise of several cups.

Alex Web Developer

Thrown into the deep end on his first project, Alex didn't just swim, he started diving around like some sort of coffee-fuelled Ruby-hacking shark. With frikkin' laser beams. When he's not fixing every library we use, he moonlights as a drummer for a top band in Northampton.

Mike Web Developer

Mike is definitely most insane member of the team. Not only did he choose to leave New Zealand for the UK, but he cycles a ridiculous distance to join us in the office every day, making the rest of the office feel bad about their lack of exercise. Mike came into Development from a creative and design background. For someone rooted in Shapes and Colours, his Ones and Zeroes are top quality!

James Web Developer

James is a man of many acronyms : PHP, ASP, JSP, TLC, the list goes on. Out of interest, I once asked him on MSN (that doesn't really count) to list them all. I stared at 'James is writing..' for a good 15 minutes as the impressive list of technologies was compiled. Needless to say, he's got a few under his wing.

Christian Mobile Magician

Christian joined us about 3 days before our Christmas Party, but you'd never have guessed this having watched him carelessly throw multiple shapes in several directions like an old Rawnet veteran. Even more impressively, this was without the inhibition loosing effects of alcohol.

Off the dance floor, Chris still continues to break new ground, leading our mobile development projects and achieving some equally impressive routines.

Dan Web Developer

Dan has extensive Ruby development and agency experience. Having dabbled with 'management' in a previous role, he decided his passion lies within the code, which is all good with us. Dan is responsible for over 50% of the office's testosterone, solely because he rides a big motorbike and also trains daily for Mixed Martial Arts, making our quarterly Squash games seem almost irrelevant.
